背景：AIで仕事が速くなるほど、「人が集まる価値」が上がる

生成AIの普及により、資料作成や集計、定型の確認作業はAIに任せられるようになりました。当社自身も、日々の業務をAI前提で設計し直しています。

一方で、AIが進化するほど、人にしかできない仕事の比重は高まります。顧客の課題をどう捉えるか、何を優先するか、新しい技術をどう事業に生かすか。こうした判断は、同じ場所で顔を合わせ、すぐに相談し、その場で決めることで速く、深くなります。
